Thank you for shopping with Pet Basement. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver orders within Australia.
Where we ship
Pet Basement currently ships to addresses within Australia only.
We do not currently offer international shipping.
Order processing
Orders are processed on business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Please allow up to [1–3] business days for your order to be processed before it is dispatched. During busy periods, promotions or public holidays, processing times may be longer.
If there is an issue with your order or an item is unavailable, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.
Delivery times
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times will vary depending on your location, the carrier and the size of the item.
As a general guide:

Shipping costs

Tracking your order

Delivery address

Some deliveries may be left at the delivery address if it is considered safe by the carrier. If you have specific delivery instructions, please include them at checkout where possible.
Pet Basement cannot guarantee that delivery instructions will be followed by the carrier.
Split deliveries
Where an order contains multiple items, products may be dispatched separately and may arrive at different times. You will not be charged extra shipping for split deliveries unless this is clearly stated before checkout.
Delayed, lost or damaged orders
